this is by far the best studio I have ever been too! brandy and staff are very knowledgeable and diverse in their classes. the schedule is very accommodating to try different classes as well. and the studio itself is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. pricing is very moderate and flexible. cannot say enough good about this place!

this is my favorite hour of my week! i wish i could attend more frequently but as we all know life keeps us all very busy. i generally walk into class feeling tired and overwhelmed with life in general. i leave class refreshed and revived! matt does a great job with meditation, slow sustained stretches with yoga moves as well as challenging us with balance activities and standing poses. the studio itself is very relaxing including the decor, the hint of incense in the air and the relaxing music in the background. 5 stars from me!
