Over time, simple changes made to your daily routine can lead to significant improvements in your health and your experience of life. Using the tools and teachings of Yoga, it's sister science Ayurveda, and meditation, and with the support of a trusted guide, we'll work together to achieve your wellness goals and jumpstart your transformation journey.
In your initial Discovery Consultation with Naomi, you'll discuss where you are now and what changes you'd like to make in your wellness journey. You'll receive a personalized plan with specific lifestyle recommendations that will focus on bringing the foundations of Yoga and Ayurveda into your daily life. Receive additional support and guidance in each follow-up session. Due to the nature of working with changes in our habits and routine over time, a three-session commitment is recommended.
